Who these terms are between
These terms are between The Wolfpack Agency, which operates this workspace, and the Porsche Center that signs in to it. Where these terms say "we", they mean The Wolfpack Agency; where they say "you" or "the Center", they mean the Porsche Center. The person signing in confirms they are authorized to accept these terms for their Center. These terms do not create any agreement with a program guest. A guest never signs in here.
What the workspace is
A tool for a Porsche Center to run its own A Weekend with Porsche program: recording invited guests, tracking the six stages of the journey, preparing program communications, capturing pre-visit questionnaire answers, and submitting stories after a weekend. It is a record-keeping and coordination tool. It does not sell vehicles, take payment, or form any agreement with a guest.
What the workspace may be used for
Only to operate the program for the Center's own guests. It is not for entering people who are not program guests, for marketing unrelated to the program, for storing information the program does not need, or for giving access to anyone outside the Center.
Acceptable use
You will not attempt to reach another Center's data, probe or test the security of the service, upload malicious code, extract data in bulk other than through features provided for it, resell or pass on access, or use the service to break the law. We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable steps to stop it, including suspending access.
Guest data a Center enters
The Center decides which guests to enter and what to record about them, whether typed in or imported in bulk from a registration export. For every guest, the Center confirms that it may lawfully hold and use that person's details for this program, that the details are accurate so far as it knows, and that the person has been given whatever privacy notice the law requires. Bulk import carries the same obligations for every row in the file: importing a file does not move responsibility for its contents to us. Special-category information, such as health details, financial account numbers or government identifiers, must not be entered into any field, including free-text notes. We hold this data on the Center's behalf and act on the Center's instructions. The privacy notice explains how the responsibilities are divided.
Stories and photographs a Center submits
When a Center submits a story or a photograph it confirms it has the right to do so, including the permission of anyone who can be identified in an image. Submitted stories and photographs may be shown to Porsche and to other participating Porsche Centers so they can see what worked. We may decline or remove any submission. A Center may ask us to remove a submission it has made, and deleting a story deletes its photograph with it.
Accounts and access
Accounts are issued to a named individual and must not be shared. The Center is responsible for what happens under its accounts, for removing access when somebody leaves, and for telling us promptly if it believes an account has been compromised.
Confidentiality
Each of us will protect the other's non-public information and use it only to run the program. This does not apply to information that is already public, was already known, or is developed independently, and it does not prevent a disclosure the law requires.
Availability and support
The workspace is provided during a pilot of the program. We aim to keep it available and to fix serious faults promptly, and we will give reasonable notice before removing a feature a Center relies on, but we do not commit to a service level and features may change during the pilot. The workspace also depends on third-party hosting, database and email providers, and an outage at one of those can interrupt it. Support is available at support@thewolfpack.agency.
Security
Each Center's records are separated from every other Center's, enforced in the database itself rather than only in the application. Sessions are signed, so one cannot be forged or altered, and they expire. Invitation and password-reset links are stored as hashes rather than as the link itself. Traffic is encrypted in transit. Uploaded images are checked against their actual file contents rather than the type they claim, and formats that can carry scripts are refused. No system is completely secure, and a Center's own practices, particularly sharing accounts and securing devices, materially affect the result.
Suspension and ending access
We may suspend access, with notice where that is practical, if we reasonably believe there is a security risk, a breach of these terms, or a legal requirement to do so, and we will restore it once the cause is resolved. Either of us may end access by telling the other in writing. We may end it immediately for a serious or repeated breach.
What happens to data afterwards
After access ends, a Center may ask us for an export of its data, and may ask us to delete it. We will delete it on request. We may keep information we are required to keep by law. If a Center makes no request, its data remains in the workspace: there is no automatic deletion today, which is stated plainly here rather than described as a schedule we do not operate.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we change them we will update the effective date at the top of this page, and we will tell Centers about a material change by email or in the workspace before it takes effect. Continuing to use the workspace after that date means the change is accepted.
